At Nyxxie, we take great pride in the quality of our mystery jewellery boxes and carefully curated pieces. Because each box is uniquely assembled with surprise items, we follow a clear and fair returns policy to protect both our customers and our small business.
⭐ 1. No Returns on Mystery Boxes (Due to Product Nature)
All Nyxxie Mystery Boxes are final sale.
Because each box contains a unique, curated selection of jewellery pieces, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges based on:
- Personal preference
- Duplicate items
- Not liking the style
- Value expectations
Every box is created with love and care, and the mystery element is part of the Nyxxie experience.
⭐ 2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If any item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we will gladly replace it.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo/video of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
We will send a replacement item or include extra items in your next order.
Refunds for damaged pieces may be offered only if a replacement is unavailable.
⭐ 3. Incorrect Order Received
If you received the wrong mystery box or a missing item:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Include your order number
- Attach photos
We will correct the order at no additional cost.
⭐ 4. No Refunds for Shipping Delays
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the courier service. We cannot refund orders due to:
- Courier delays
- Tracking issues
- Public holidays or busy-season slowdowns
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery time: 7–14 business days
⭐ 5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Order cancelled before shipping
- Replacement item unavailable for a damaged piece
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
⭐ 6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the parcel is handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
